Sometimes after doing the same thing over and over, your body gets use to it. So you need to change things up a little bit. I went to working out only once a day, just to give my body a little break. Tonight I decided to drop the weights for a few workouts, and focus on the bike.
Today, I did 25 miles on and my legs are killing me. In total it took me 1 hour and 6 minutes. Not to bad, of course I did this in 5 mile bursts, no way I could do it all at once.
Tomorrow I will be doing the 25 miles again, and I will continue to do this until the beginning of next week, I think. I have noticed when I don’t workout I feel drained and have no motivation, when I workout I seem a bit happier. It is only a matter of time before I hit my goals.
How many of you will be picking up the weight, or your feet for that matter and working out the 1st of the year? I have learned one thing, and I will pass it along to you, don’t get discourage, as soon as you do, you will give up, and there should be no quitting.
