The Key to Losing Weight Successfully is Water

While there are many keys to losing weight successfully, one of the main things is WATER. Did you know most Americans don’t drink the amount of water their bodies need daily? To find out how much water you should be drinking take your weight and divide it by 2… that is what you should drink in ounces everyday.

If you struggle to lose weight, start by drinking at least 100 ounces of water daily. Make sure to add ice, COLD water will make your body work harder to warm it up, thus burning more calories.

With struggling with my weight for a long time, I have since learned some little tricks. Drinking water will make your body feel fuller through out the day, so you will eat less, and we all know if we eat less we lose weight. Losing weight can be a challenge, but if you put your mind to it you will see results.

I know some people will look at the scale and get depressed, I have learned not to let the scale control me. If I see an increase on the scale I just work that much harder to see a decrease. I also recommend joining a support group, having support from others, makes the challenges that much easier.
