I got this under control, losing this weight is going to be a piece of cake! HA pun intended. Another day is complete, I want to step on the scale, but then again I don’t. I know what my round about weight was, and I think in a few days I will step on just to see.
However, I am not going to let the scale discourage me, I have been doing that for the past 20 years. This time the scales will NOT win, I will.

20 overhead presses with two 10 pound weights

This morning for breakfast I had 2 pancakes made with some protein poweder and I had cherries on top in place of the syrup, I also had 4 pieces of turkey bacon. For lunch I had 2 pieces of turkey sausage, for dinner I had some homemade turkey soup.
