Working Out and Start Slow

Working out can be a challenge, if you’re like me and a couch potato. With working online, you will often find me sitting on the couch with my laptop in my lap. I will either be typing away on blog posts, or entering giveaways. It wasn’t until recently, I learned how important it is, to find time for me. Whether is be 5 minutes or 55 minutes, it’s import I workout everyday.

When I first got on my journey to become healthier, I could hardly make it 5 minutes, now that I have been working out daily, I am working out 20 minutes at a time.

This is huge, whenever you make a big change in your life, it’s important that you tackle it in small baby steps. A child doesn’t start walking by running first. Okay, some do, but you get what I am saying, small, steady steps, and you will reach the goals you are seeking.

Trust me, once you get going you won’t want to stop. I challenge you to give it a try!

After you start working out daily, you will start to change how you eat and what you eat, you will find, you don’t want all your hard work to go down the drain, and this will also help motivate you to go faster, and longer.
